I saw an additional charge in my bank/card statement?Updated a year ago
We heard from a few of our customers that their bank or card statement had an additional/duplicate charge, and we had went to check.
Upon checking with our payment processors, they've informed us that this additional/duplicate charge is an authorization charge, which they temporarily bill on some customers for security purposes.
This extra charge would disappear usually within 14 business days, and no additional funds would be deducted.
