How do I manage my autoship subscription?Updated a year ago

You can easily manage your Autoship subscription via your account. Step-by-step instructions are below. 

1. If you have not created your account, we highly recommend you create one as it allows you to manage your Autoship subscriptions. (On top of that, all Autoship customers with an account will earn BONUS credits in their future purchases!)

Click on this link to go to the account login/registration page as seen below. To create your account, click on the “Create account” link.

2. You’ll see this account creation page below. Fill in your details and click on the “Create” button. 

3. After signing up, you will then be prompted to confirm your email address. The confirmation email should appear within a few minutes. Check your inbox for the confirmation link (do check your spam folder as well).

4. Once you log in, you should see this account page. Click on the “View Details” option then you should be prompted with the Subscription page.

5. When you're on the page, it will show your shipping address, followed by your subscription details. From here, you may update/swap your current Product bundle, shipping details, and your card on file. 

You can also cancel or pause your subscription from the bottom of the page. 

However, if you wish to update your next charge date, you will have to contact us by submitting a request form so we can assist you further.
