How can I cancel my order?Updated a year ago
You can cancel your order through Self-service within 4 hours before it’s fulfilled.
If your order was already fulfilled and shipped and you wish to cancel, you may refer to this article: How can I Cancel/Return my order after shipping?
Please note that we are unable to process refunds for orders that are currently in transit. Once an order is in transit, it falls within the shipping process, and we are unable to intercept or modify its status.
To check if your order has been fulfilled or not yet, follow the below instructions:
- Click on the Visit your order status page
- Login with your email address and order #
- Cancel your order from there if the order has not been fulfilled
