How are deliveries affected by COVID-19?Updated a year ago

As you may have heard, global supply chains have been disrupted due to the COVID-19 virus, and air traffic in and out of the United States has decreased by up to 90%. Additionally, postal services in many destination countries are facing a lack of manpower and are also implementing quarantines on packages for 1 to 2 weeks. 

As a result, we are seeing extended shipping times for many of our customers living outside the US but we are arranging for spots on the earliest possible flights over.

As some countries have begun to lift their lockdown policies, we are optimistic that these delays will be resolved soon. However, while delivery services worldwide recover, please note that there may be a delay of 2-6 weeks before your package arrives.

To receive updates on the status of your package in the meantime, please contact your local post office as we have noticed that the majority of delays occur in the destination country's customs or post offices. The local post offices are managing the packages directly and can provide the most up-to-date information.
